MY FIRST ICE HOCKEY EXPERIENCE - NHL (Calgary v Anaheim)

Another Canadian experience under my belt! Woo freakin Hoo.

I got a lovely invite to NHL (National Hockey League) game last night! What a night to remember. Corporate Box Tickets – OMG!! Who would have thought, Hayley, lil ol Ree would be rubbing shoulders with the commentators of the NHL.. As if! Yeah, turns our JR and Sandi own a share in a corporate box at the stadium. Free booze, food and the best seats in town. Calgary Flames verses Anaheim Ducks – Calgary defeated Anaheim 5 to 3. It was an awesome game. Apart from that, the daughter of one of the commentators of the NHL is friends with Regan (JR and Sandi’s niece), so she was there in the corporate box and after the game her dad came to visit. Wow – so this is sorta like having a beer with Fatty or Stirlo from the NRL. Can you believe it?!?! Anyway, I’ve posted some photos below for you to check out.

Tomorrow is New Years Eve. Looks like none of my mates from Banff are coming to Calgary as planned, soooo I’ll do the trek up there for the night by Greyhound. Should be fun! No doubt you’ll see some photos eventually.
