Wow – 21 August, now that freaks me out! I can’t believe how fast this year is flying by. I’ve got three months left on my Canadian visa… wholly man…
I walked out of work this evening and for the first time in about 2 months I felt a cool breeze and the smell of the Canadian winter fast approaching…. Gggrrrr! I was not impressed. It was 30 degrees the other day and it somewhat resemble a normal summer’s day for me back home. I wouldn’t say that the summer has been hot, but warm enough to get out in shorts and t-shirts and enjoy the sun and warmth on my skin. Funny though, I’ve been taking jumpers where ever I go just in case. I felt a little depressed at the thought of winter… but hey… it’s been an amazing summer hiking, rafting and camping. Hopefully we’ve still got a few weeks of warm weather before mum and dad arrive.
Apart from that, I’ve been working quite a bit of late at both the gym and my second job at the restaurant waitressing. I’m saving my arse off for an unpredictable 6 months ahead. I’m a little over
I’ll keep you all posted. Love to all back home in Ozland. xxx
PS- Thanks Ma for the birthday present… once again the snail mail wins over all… you made me cry again J LOVE YOU xxx
