HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Hey All,

Just a quick one to wish you all a happy new year!

I had a great one here on board. We had a formal night poolside with all the guest! It was fun... although we couldn't rip it up as much as we would have liked prior to the countdown, the party in the crew bar after midnight was insane. Everyone looked stunning. It was a little windy out at sea so the captain decided to head closer to shore, which was good for us cause we were able to get mobile reception. I made a nice call home to mum and dad and tried to get a hold of my girls (who unfortunately didn't answer their phones - probably still in recovery from their new years celebrations).

Anyway, unfortunately we had a sea day new years day so it was a long day for us on the deck. But the past two days for me have been really cruisy and i had an awesome sleep in today as i don't start on the sports deck till 4pm this afternoon.

Things are going really well still. I'm still enoying my job and i'm starting to finally find my routine. I'm getting a lot more sleep these days than i did when i first started and have taken a liking to my quick 15 mins speed naps. ;)

No news to report either on my transfering. I'm not bothered though, as i said, i'm enjoying my time on Majesty and all the people around me! There will be a few changes happening in the next few weeks though, with a few of my friends signing off and new directors starting so that will be fun and a bit of a change.

Jodes and Mands, hope you guys had a blast at SFD! I totally wish i had of been there!

Mum and Dad - so great to talk to you guys new years day! I miss you loads.

Joel and Sandra - hows life in Canada treating you? WHen do you go home and what's the plan? Did you end up catching up with my dear friens in Calgary? I saw some photos on facebook and you guys look like you're having an awesome time.

Gotta run... I have to start work in an hour and have to go collect my washing from the laundry mat!
