The blog stays up and running!!!

Hey guys,

Sorry it’s been so long since my last post! Things have been so crazy since I last wrote. After an amazing trip to New Zealand… things have gone from great to fantastic. The dream has become reality now, I’m finally running my own business and as you can see from the heading above. I now subcontract and run my business out of Goodlife on Edward Street in Brisbane. A fantastic club, with a great bunch of trainers whom I enjoy spending time with.

I have a wonderful client base which is building day by day. I can’t believe how quickly things have picked up for me. I’m busy training in and out of the gym, and also have a quite a few groups whom I train close to my parents place in Mt Warren Park. One being at mum’s school. I train a lovely bunch of ladies at Windaroo State School every Thursday afternoon and I also have two groups which I run on Saturday mornings at the local park. We have a ladies group which runs at 7am and a mixed group at 8am. I love training these guys. They’re awesome and it certainly doesn’t feel like work.

Anyway, after much thinking I’ve decided to keep this blog up and running for those overseas and also for new and existing clients and friends getting to know me and what I do. Reading the blog from start to finish may take some time, but if you’re in the process of deciding whether to start training with Hayley Pobar PT, there’s no better way to get to know me than by reading this blog. My journey overseas was a fantastic experience and you’ll be able to enjoy the adventures and the years to come with me. Changing careers and deciding to do something I love was a tough decision and you’ll read this through my blog. So I invite you to keep updated and in touch with my life, my passion and everything to go with it!
