"A life goal achieved – thanks Hayley!
Ten months ago I started my journey of fitness with Hayley Pobar. It is not often in life that you meet such a giving person who is so committed to her clients and profession. I was an overweight baby-boomer, with chronic high blood pressure and cholesterol and unable to run before Hayley helped me achieve a life goal: to complete a half marathon and reduce my medications.
Hayley consistently worked on my endurance, fitness, strength and confidence to ensure I was able to compete and complete this incredibly important life goal. We completed the Gold Coast half in a very respectable time of 2hours 10 minutes.
My message to us Baby-Boomers:
In life we meet many people. Hayley you are a special person who has changed my life, my health and my fitness forever. As baby-boomers we have worked hard in our careers for what we have. Now we must make the time to take charge of our lives and regain our goals and fitness – without being reliant on medications.
Reap the benefits as I have with Hayley’s help: lost 16 kilos and reduced my blood pressure and cholesterol medications by 75%!!!
I am testament to the concept of changing lifestyle, with guidance and help from Hayley. I tried so many times to change, with diet and by working in the gym on my own. Hayley focused, mentored and coached me.
