86 days until the end of the year and just under two months till SUMMER!
It has been a big year for me so far, and now it's 3/4 time.
I'm sure it has been a big year for you as well...and your 3/4 time is even more important.
Every sports coach pulls his team aside at the end of a quarter, to REGROUP, REASSESS and REFOCUS.
So it is time to get you firing for the last 90 days of the year.
Grab a pen and paper, and answer the following 3/4 time questions....
• What are your biggest health and fitness achievements so far this year? (List 10-12)
• Brainstorm the results that didn't get achieved (the results, not the individual actions)
• Describe your current position: weight lost or gained, current diet and nutrition, stress levels, fulfillment.
• How do you want your health and fitness to be different in 12 months?
• How do you want your health and fitness to be different in 90 days (ie. SUMMER)?
• What action do I need to start to make sure you are on track in 30 days time?
• What do you need to START doing, STOP doing, KEEP doing?
• What do you need to learn?
Great! Now make yourself a quick action plan.
