Using clothing is a powerful way to build motivation to continue your journey of eating well and exercising. Consider these three options for using outfits to re-affirm your efforts.
Option #1 - Back into favourites
Got a favourite pair of jeans you want to get back into? Big cheer if you have already! Set a goal to fit into them again by a specific date and then work out what you need to do to make that happen.
Option #2 - New outfits
If you don't have what are affectionately known as 'skinny jeans', as your prime clothing motivator, set a date to buy yourself a new outfit and what that will be. If you have a definite item and size in mind, once again, work out what you need to do to get there.
Option #3 - Bigger pants
Keep a larger item of clothing, for example pants, that used to fit but are now too big and loose to wear. Decide that you will never regain the weight to make those pants fit. They are something you keep to remind you to never go back there.
See you in the studio,
Hayley
